My latest book called "Muskoka" was released this past spring. It's a portfolio of images taken in "Ontario's cottage country" over the last few years. Located north and northeast of Toronto, Muskoka encompasses the scenic areas of Lake Rosseau, Lake Joseph, Lake Muskoka, Lake of Bays and the Algonquin region. The countryside is renowned for its beauty, particularly for its autumn colors and the variety of cottages, from the quaint to the luxurious. It was a lot of fun Ontario, spending a fair bit of time sightseeing from the water in the process.
I wrote the introduction to the book, as well as a personal account of cottage life. I feel strongly that this is the finest collection of images depicting the beauty of this area which is essentially what attracts people to this area. It's always a pleasure working with the folks at Key Porter, particularly with my editor Michael Mouland and designer Marijke Friesens. As always, my experience at Friesens printing the book was memorable. These folks know how to print great books!
